Pleasanton Community Counseling Center

Mission:  To provide compassionate, affordable counseling for individuals, couples, families and children in a safe and supportive environment.
Our Office:  We are located at 4444 Black Avenue in Pleasanton, inside the office wing of the Lynnewood United Methodist Church.

Alameda County Food Bank

The Alameda County Community Food Bank is a non-profit organization that supplies food to 275 Alameda County, California agencies including food pantries, soup kitchens, child-care and senior centers, and after-school programs, provides an emergency food helpline, teaches nutrition and hunger education, and conducts outreach about California's food stamps program CalFresh. 

Tri-valley Haven

Tri-Valley Haven is a vital community organization that serves adults and children who have experienced domestic violence, sexual assault, or homelessness in the Tri-Valley area. 

Sunflower Hill

Sunflower Hill creates places and spaces where adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities live, work, learn, and thrive as part of the greater community. We co-develop affordable housing communities and offer virtual and in-person programs for adults with disabilities in Pleasanton, Livermore, and the Bay Area, California.

Livermore Homeless Refuge

The Livermore Homeless Refuge (LHR) was created to provide a warm, safe, clean environment for the homeless to stay overnight. LHR does not discriminate on the basis of race, creed, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, or religion.

Culinary Angels

Culinary Angels is a non profit organization serving Livermore, Dublin, Pleasanton, San Ramon, and Danville California that provides healing, nutrient-rich meals to people going through a cancer challenge.

La Familia

La Familia offers a wide range of mental health and community services in the Bay Area, including mental health, community services, developmental services, education, recovery and wellness programs. The breadth of our programs allow us to provide support to many individuals and families in our community.

Open Heart Kitchen

Open Heart Kitchen is the largest hot meal program of its kind in the Tri­-Valley Area of Northern California, feeding the hungry across multiple locations in Pleasanton, Livermore and Dublin. There is no qualifying process and meals may be eaten at numerous serving sites or taken to go. Guests come from all walks of life and Open Heart Kitchen has become a safety net to those in need during challenging times.

Meals on Wheels (Spectrum Community Services)

Healthy, home-delivered meals are available for seniors (60 years and older) who are unable to prepare their own food, and have difficulty with mobility.
Funded in part by the Alameda County Area Agency on Aging, Spectrum’s well-balanced Meals on Wheels are prepared by Stanford Health Care Tri-Valley's ValleyCare Hospital in Livermore.

Family Giving Tree

By inspiring community kindness, generosity, and volunteerism, The Family Giving Tree fulfills exact holiday wishes and provides backpacks filled with STEAM-based school supplies to those in need.

Hope Hospice

Hope Hospice  is a mission-driven, non-profit organization. As a hospice provider, we’ve been supporting patients, families, and healthcare professionals in the Tri-Valley and adjacent cities since 1980. They continue to expand their service offerings, adding  a dementia support program and palliative care to meet the growing needs of our community.
