Our small groups offer an opportunity for people of any age to grow in faith and love for God, self and one other. We offer short and long-term groups for Bible Study, prayer and meditation, spiritual formation, and more. Get connected and dare to love and grow.
Bible Study – Monday Night
WHEN: 7:00 – 8:30 PM MONDAYS
Lay led, this group studies a variety of books or understanding of the Bible and its relevance to any lives. We place ourselves by how much discussion there is on each chapter . When we finish a book, we build in the next book we will study. Newcomers are always welcome.
Nourish at Noon
WHEN: 2nd & 4th Monday of the Month at Noon
This is a spiritual formation group for women. We read a variety of books, poems and articles, but this is not a book study. The readings are a starting point for conversation, reflection and discerning God’s movement in our lives.

WHERE: Lynnewood Office Building, Library
Do you have an interest in exploring dreams? The group uses the projective method of dream work. Anyone interested in joining this group will need to have some training or experience in this method. We are looking for people to make at least a six month commitment to the group. The six month sessions will run roughly February – July and August – January. Both Lynnewood and community members are invited to join us. If you’re interested in joining the group, please call the church office, and they will put you in contact with a facilitator of the group.
Interfaith Awareness Group
In Our Interface Awareness Group (IAG) means to foster understanding among religions. We seek to learn by experiencing other faith traditions and meeting our neighbors who are different, To learn more about Interfaith Interconnect of the Tri-valley see their website.
Men’s Bible Study
WHEN: 7:00-8:30PM Tuesdays
Men’s Bible Study focuses on a deeper understanding of the Bible. Readings from the Bible are proposed and discussed each week. Men’s Group is committed to helping Christian men get into a daily rhythm with the Bible. Contact the Church Office or Bob Sanchez for more information.

One of our most popular groups is our seniors monthly luncheon group . If you are of a certain elder age, you qualify as a “Seasoned Citizen”! Call the church for the date and location an enjoy a meal at a restaurant or home, with a chance to meet new friends.
